I recently RMA’d my Steam Deck because it was crashing frequently in scenarios where my friend’s was not. The replacement unit I received has a really uneven (noticeable in all scenarios) backlight.

I reached out to support to show them, they claimed that it was normal. I feel bad requesting another RMA as I just completed one but there is no way this kind of bleed could be considered normal, I’ve never seen anything like it on any of the devices I’ve ever owned.

Especially that bottom left corner it’s visible no matter what I got on there.

I briefly considered getting the new OLED model and selling this one because it bothers me so much but that is a huge chunk of change.
