What the hell is everybody’s deal with thinking the story in II was terrible? Hard to watch at times and extremely dark? Sure, I agree with that… however it was totally on point for theme, had tons of action setpieces and suspense throughout. There were even heartfelt moments and plenty of character building with CONSEQUENCES for characters’ actions, which is not common these days.
I cannot relate to all the folks who shit on the game. Imo it was at least good and has moments of being great. I respect them for telling the story they wanted to tell even if it seemed to hurt people’s feelings with some of the choices they made.
