I stopped watching the game last night at halftime because I already knew we were fucked. I’m still upset over Burrow but I’ve also heard Jake Browning is pretty good. Are you guys confident he can handle this?

I have zero confidence he can win us a Superbowl or even get us to the playoffs. Do we just tank so we can get better draft picks? If they tag and trade tee, then we’ll have a big draft coming up
If we keep running the same offense we’ve been running with the screens and short passes, he’ll be fine. The problem is when he throws longer passes, he lofts the hell out of the ball, and gives defenders all the time in the world to intercept it. I’m still wondering why he just stood around on the sidelines for the entire preseason even when Burrow wasn’t practicing, and they even had Mixon as acting QB at one point.
