Eat the losses. Trade him while he still has some value. Distribute most of his shots to Jalen Johnson because he definitely has surpassed him on that end. Get a decent value 3 and D or start Bey/Matthews at the mean time. Our perimeter defense will take a hit but only temporary.
Not really a bad player but with Johnson and Bey playing great, we need to move on.

Dre ain’t the problem right now. Traes shot ain’t dropping at a high enough clip. He shoots his career average we win at least three of those games we lost. He’s got to get his floater back and we will be fine
