1. Doc was responsible for managing the [Larry O’Brien Trophy] recovery process for three years

2. he failed in this duty: no such recovery occured

3. The Process itself was set back as a result of Doc’s gross negligence

4. Namely, Doc failed to diagnose and address multiple ailments of the Sick Sirs including, but not limited to:

-choking

-poor circulation

-limited ball movement

-age related declines

-shitting the bed

When Doc finally left his position and the Sick Sirs were left to the care of a qualified Nurse, immediate improvement was observed in almost all dimensions.
