I can’t for the life of me get CS2 to launch in fullscreen anymore. -fullscreen launch option seems to be ignored.

The game was working… okay… just a few days ago, but the update from Nov 16 seems to have messed up both my fullscreen launch as well as introduce occasional stutters that I didn’t have earlier this week.

Anyone having the same experience, and have any suggestions?
