He just ceases to amaze me. I honestly think if the playoffs started tomorrow, offensively, he’s gotta be in the top 3 or 4 guys in the world, right? Or am I just tripping?

Bron Jokic Curry Luka

Keep me honest yall but this dude is just a full on juggernaut. I think he’s the best he’s been since 2020-2021 Solomon hill injury right now and jeez man I need this bron come playoff time.

I think so but you can see he’s been gassed out at the end of a few games. Ham needs to manage his minutes or he can’t keep sustaining this.

I need LeBron media narratives again, just wait until we start rolling. He’s gonna enter MVP talks. 66% TS

As recently as 2020, I’d have him #1.

Since then, untimely injuries and unsuccessful roster shake-ups prevented me from evaluating him honestly.

Also, not counting this recent hot streak he’s had in November, his jumper completely abandoned him after 2020.

I still feel like he’s the only guy in the league who can “flip a switch” (especially in the playoffs) and use a time-tested strategy to become an offensive weapon. He could go into “Bron bully mode” (see 2015 Finals, Cavs versus Warriors) or he could go into “bulldozer mode” and just drive relentlessly.

I remember a couple of games ago, he just kept on going end-to-end on self-started fastbreaks and getting layups. In that same game, he also just shot over players again and again, with little close range moves over the shoulder or off the glass. He figured out the opponent couldn’t stop it, and only his own endurance could slow him down.

He still has that “thing.” That thing prime Bron was known for, and that thing that set him apart from other stars.

But he has missed a step, and is probably more like a Top 5 guy when playing his best (and Top 10 on average).
