MAF sensor, or more??

CEL and VSC light came on along with a P0172 and C1201 code. Tried cleaning the MAF sensor, went to clear the codes and another one appeared. P1170. Does this point to something other than MAF/O2 sensors?? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
