This is really it. Jrue is all world on defense, but it’s an offensive league and that means when you take his game as a whole he’s in the hall of great.

Dame is a bonafide HOFer and one of the best pure offensive talents of this generation. And he’s still at the tail end of his prime.

I love Jrue the player and the person. One of my favorite bucks ever. But by any objective measure Dame is in a completely different echelon on the court. That’s no knock on Jrue. He’s better than many players. But Dame is better than most players. That makes a big difference.
