Im looking for a piece of software that I can run in the background on windows 11. I have issues with something spiking to 100%cpu usage but I cant get a fix on whats causing it.

I tried using Task manager adn resource monitor to see but it doesnt give me enough information and the stalls are very fast so by the time I alt tab to see what was using 100% cpu its already gone.

I need something that can point me to a specific process or issue that is causing the hangups. Or potentially a way to configure Perfmon to do this for me. I havent used perfmon and there are quite a few settings in there. I also am not sure if i need to monitor the CPU usage or like something to do with the process’s themselves.

ANy help would be great.
