Hi there, so I have an unlocked Galaxy Note 9 and have changed carrier, I’m trying to get WiFi/VoLTE call functionality but need the O2 firmware.

I’m familiar with the process of flashing Samsungs but wanted to ask if flashing the O2 version of the note 9 SM-N960F firmware will achieve the goal. Thanks :)
