Nate Tice mentioned this as well on The Athletic Football Show podcast awhile back but I could never find the details behind it. Dudes going to be special.

3.4 per cent seems low to lead in that stat?!
Pretty much this year AR showed that he can handle an NFL game and not be a complete bust. We just need him to be able to stay healthy, he must train in the offseason to learn how to fall. But all the tools are there to be a top QB at his peak.
Yup. He needs to do whatever kind of training Tua did last offseason to learn to absorb the hits better. Saw a clip of him earlier this season where he got hit, and just rolled with the momentum in a backwards-somersault type thing and popped right up on his feet.
The way Tua avoids hits now…and the way he falls now. In just one offseason, he made major adjustments to his play style without impacting what he does well. I really hope AR learns from the same dude!
It just sucks he’s not with the team.
