…I was playing cyberpunk 2077(vanilla deck, no mods, 17GB on internal SSD, 50+GB on sd card available). I got a low battery warning. Experienced slow down. Paused the game, then sleep mode. Put it on the charger over night. This morning I woke the deck. It crashed to the dashboard. Still slow down. Waited for everything to catch up. Full shutdown. Few minutes later tried to start the deck. Logo, then black screen, no “on” light, no fan, just backlight.
What do I do? I’ve held the volume + button and power button. Took me to the bios menu. Now what do I do to get it running again?
Search “steam deck 200/400 MHz bug” and you’ll get a lot of potential fixes if any don’t work. My steam deck suffers from the same thing, but I’m in a unsupported US territory so I can’t do an RMA. Worth checking your device for this issue in case you can do an RMA. Hope you solve your issues.
