Powder coat obvi is best. But if you are gonna rattle can using a good clear is paramount. A good two part clear helps or even the 2k 2 part you can get in a can works. It’s like 20 a can but closest quality you can get in a can I feel. I did a small bike with it, wet sanded and turned out great. But for a frame I’d always go powder if it can just cause it’s tougher.
