Not enough people are talking about how ridiculously efficient James Harden is this year.
His splits are equivalent to a blistering hot 68 TS%… I also see him blowing past everyone for layups (that unfortunately miss occasionally) so I am confused at people saying he clearly looks slower… where?
This is not a license to talk junk about Westbrook.

He’s been efficient but also its being boosted by shooting 96% from the line and only taking 10 shots a game. Overall his volume will go up and his efficiency down to last years levels
In the 6 games Harden has played he’s finishing at the rim above prime Giannis and prime Lebron numbers. Obviously those numbers wont hold or even come close to sustaining it but I thought it was interesting.
Look at him now vs. his Houston days. He looks 30lbs heavier & his beard looks terrible w/his receding hairline.
A star in his role!
