3 athletic combo guards who each have shown flashes of stardom. Sharpe is 20 while Ivey and Green are 21. Which of these guys are you taking to build a team around?

Don’t really get the Jalen Green hype ngl. Still seems like an inefficient scorer who doesn’t do much else on the court

It’s a little unfair comparing 2nd year player to 3rd year player ?

Sharpe has a much higher ceiling I think and his turnovers would be a lot less if our other guards Simons, Brogdon, and Scoot weren’t injured, not to mention that he’d also have better spacing and probably more efficient shooting numbers.

    Sharpe/Jalen…Ivey

Sharpe has the biggest frame and can finish thru contact. He’s a prototypical SG and that alone separates him from the other two. Once the Blazers figure out their PG situation, he’ll look better.

Jalen looks like he’s figuring things out. His defensive awareness has grown significantly under the new look Rockets. I think his best position will be “scoring point guard” next to a passing big man ala Fox and Jamal Murray. There his quickness will be a supreme asset in defending other point guards.

Ivey: Bro’s stuck in just about the worst roster for his play style.

Sharpe is being forced to run Point with our injuries and also has a sprained wrist himself. Just trying to explain his crazy turnover numbers.
