When jungle camps have had their health increased, Riot forgot to update the cap limit for max health damage abilities / items. Example: Warwick’s Q, Zac’s W, Blade of the ruined king passive effect.

This system honestly needs updating, it didn’t matter much before when all camps/objectives had the same health. Now they get increasing health and technically items/junglers that deals burst of damage have it better than items/junglers with max health abilities.
