So every one know poor cowboy is worst dps right now. What made cassidy broken in season 3? That wasnt range of his gun buff. Two factors contribute to him being so strong back then. That was his burst combo with 130 damage nade. I know every one hates hinder nade but objectivly burst damage from old mag was way better. Second factor is mercy in season 3 with her change to heal 50% more when hero has less than half hp. That was working really well with cassidy 225 hp and damage reduction on combat roll. So if they bring his range today to 25-45 I doubt it he will became S tier hero, maybe low A tier. He will be at least viable to play, maybe even good. I don’t know why in last patch they nerfed him even more.
