I’m treating myself to a steam deck soon, it’ll be my first gaming PC and it’ll mainly be used for anything I can’t play on PS5 (which is my main platform) - so Half Life, Prince of Persia and emulation.

Got a friend who’s gonna help me with the emulation side of things, but I’m just wondering on what the consensus believes are the best games - both in quality and how well they run.

Currently I’m thinking of those rare obscure Japanese horror games you see going for hundreds of pounds on eBay like Rule of Rose, Haunting Ground, Kuon, Fatal Frame and Clock Tower 3. As well as that I’m thinking of the essentials such as The Simpsons Hit and Run, Silent Hill, Wind Waker HD and Soul Reaver. Got a few more in mind but I’m sure you get the idea.

Any recommendations based on those/insight on what runs well/whether my choices will run well or not?
