That thing absolutely atrocious, it’s called “quick play” for a reason. The way they’re penalizing you for a 2 game leave is absolutely ridiculous, even for disconnection. And as a person who gets called by their parents regularly it just gives me unnecessary suspensions when it’s not my fault at all. I play quick play most of the time exactly for this reason, and it’s just incredibly harsh of them to penalize quick play leavers that way. It’s just unnecessary.
Why even play if you’re gonna leave 4 out of 20 matches? Like many other people already said thats 20% of matches you left.
Its not unnecessary at all, if you press “play” maybe just play the game and dont ruin the experience for 9 other people because you cant take the L if its a stomp. Yeah your parents might call you but what are they supposed to do? People used to leave if they got killed once during the beginning of the match.
The devs had to do something.
in your words “its called quick play” quick PLAY, not quick leave. i sympathize about the constant calling, i’ve had that, but honestly just say your in an online game and can’t pause or just leave. it’s not like overwatch games are very long to begin with but especially in quick play, quick play is getting a bit too long if it even reaches like 10 minutes, they’ll manage if they’re understanding
