Happy Gameday!!
Congrats to everyone who played on Wednesday vs the Heat. Pistons unfortunately lost but at least we were profitable, and hopefully had fun well. All 3 props were a success! 2 of them before halftime, never broke a sweat!
*Reminder* THIS IS FOR FUN. I’m not a professional gambler, I don’t claim/pretend to be, however I can call myself a successful gambler, as I’ve won more than I lost. I’m not posting this to argue or debate. Please don’t wager more than you can afford and please please please GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY!!!
Hopefully the luck continues…
(These are Fan Duel odds at the time of posting)
Cade Cunningham: Over 6.5 ast +110
Cade put the league on notice with his scoring performance on Wednesday, but he’s still the unselfish guy that looks to get his teammates involved whenever possible. Cade had 9 assists against the Heat, with 15 potential assists. In the 2nd half we saw the Heat try and double Cade to force the ball out his hands. If the Hornets watch tape, they may try the same and this will lead to more assists for Cade. Hornets also ranked 25th last season in assists by opponent PGs.
Isaiah Stewart: Over 8.5 rebs -102
His rebound over/under this morning was 7.5 and I missed my chance to take advantage. However I still feel good about Stew snagging at least 9 boards. He had 14 against the Heat. The two times Stew faced off against the Hornet’s last season he grabbed 11 and 16 boards. Last season the Hornets ranked 27th in rebs per game to opposing PFs, and they ranked 29th in opponent rebounds per game. Outside of Mark Williams, who average 7.1 rebounds last season, Lamelo is their 2nd best rebounder.
Killian Hayes: Over 9.5 pts -102
I know it seems crazy but I think he can hit this. Killian averaged 10 pts a game last year. Were still missing shooters in Bogey & Morris, and somebody HAS to score outside of Cade. Killian attempted the 2nd most shots behind Cade (12) against the Heat. As bad as Killian played, ON OFFENSE, 33% from the field, 0-6 from 3, he still managed to get 10 points. His defense keeps him on the floor, as he played 30 minutes last game, and this should provide him plenty opportunity to hit his mark. Which he’s done 7 of his last 10 regular season games, and 15 out of his last 20. Who knows, this may even be a bounce back game for Killian. But even if its more of the same he should be able to manage 10 points.
