P2096 post catalyst fuel system too lean

I am checking the live data on the o2 sensors… I am getting .9v and it doesn’t oscillate much on the pre cat sensor…I thought .9v would be rich…it goes up from .9v to even 1.2v…is this sensor a little different than the normal o2 sensor that reads .1v to .9v? I have heard some are wideband or air/fuel sensors and they operate in different voltage ranges?

Also this is set by the post cat sensor correct? I thought post cat sensor was just to monitor the efficiency of the cat and not have anything to do with fuel trim
