when i hold my charger firmly its warm to the touch but then when i started touching other area of that same charger the heat accumulate and burn my hand, is that normal ? ( ive read many places telling me if its warm to the touch or kinda hot then its normal but im getting really paranoid after my first charger literally melted and spilling liquid out )
No it shouldnt burn your hand never i wouldve take to the place and complain cause thats not normal at all
