bought the hero collection skin pack on ps5, didnt get any skins nor the couns

I don’t think this is mentioned in the ps store but on blizzard.net I think it says that you get random skins for those characters, not those exact skins on the picture, check the heroes you got from the pack and see if you have other skins unlocked for them.
If that’s true then that is some shady marketing.
