Brake pad replacement

I replaced all 4 pads, just a replacement, didn’t rotate the rotors or anything and the breaks work great, but there’s a God awful sound when I brake and a squeel when I drive, also, when I release the gas pedal, the car slows down Please help

Edit: When I release the gas, it obviously slows down, but my car almost comes to a complete stop when I release the gas
