We just decided to pivot as our current idea is not the right one for us. Now we are looking for new problems to solve. We want to do this as fast and effective as possible.

Does it make sense to have primary and secondary KPIs in that stage? What kind of goals make sense here?

My current idea is:

Primary KPI: Number of Validated Business Ideas

Secondary KPI:
Number of markets or niches researched.
Number of potential customer interviews conducted.

Would love to hear your opinions on that.
