I got into a minor care accident what should I do ? So I just hit a car while I was turning left and the car got dents in the car seat door, the guy was pretty calm so we settled to call insurance company and all so we didn’t make police report because it was minor, so what exactly happens if you call insurance and what’s the procedure also my car has dents and the light broke too so the question is should we have reported to the police i told them it’s vour call since I was the one in mistake but he said no need for police reports just insurance is fine now what happens tho like do I have to pay for both cars? (sorry for my English it’s not my first language)
