I need to use replay mod so I have installed Fabric but I also wanted to use optifine. Can I use both of them together? I also looked up on sodium and I don’t know if it is better.

I don’t use any shaders but I might install them to take short videos.

Can you please suggest mods that can work for this usecase? Should I go with Fabric or Forge?
