Hi everyone, I’m very new here and I only joined for this purpose im sorry, but I’ve recently bought the S23FE because of black friday not knowing about how the s22 is cheaper and a better phone (costs in New Zealand)

I saw a few posts here about it saying its a disappointment and now im panicking, I’m a teenager and my family doesn’t have all too much money to spend and I’ll have to use this phone for at least 3 years.

Please help!

Also I wasn’t sure if this was a support thread post but if it is im sorry, im just really worried right now

Just because someone had a bad experience with the device doesn’t mean the same is going to apply to you

first of all, s22 isnt a better phone. Second of all, you just bought a recently released almost flagship device. Why would you every worry if it cant make it to 3 years later? It obviously will

I would keep the s23 for more software updates. Don’t panic, it’s just a phone and it’s still a great phone

i was considering the s23 fe ($1099) vs a base s23 but due to black friday at pbtech (nz aswell) i picked up a s23+ for $1212 (normally $1799) which was cheaper than the s23 by $50 somehow

the fe will be great for everything, my only reason to pick the s23 over it would be the case back and the camera shutter speed. i really liked the color options and slightly smaller size
