I saw some posts regarding remakes and sequels for certain games so I was wondering which game I would love to see either a remake or sequel.

Obviously this is a what-if scenario but imagine that you have the chance to make one with all the resources you want (original team with current game engines like UE5 for example).
In my case I would love to see a remake for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Dino Crisis or Bully. Regarding sequels, it might sounds like a meme but I would love to see Half-Life 3 one day.
