I think it’s just an overly simple change and just makes him less skill based and less risky. his new ability is just a deployable old sojourn grenade with a different shape of aoe, his gun takes away the thought process of if you want the higher damage close range or need the lower damage mid range and turned it into a weak permanently mid ranged gun that’s uninteresting and takes les thought to use and his healing has no risk anymore, anti’d? just stop doing it, stunned? you can just do it again, need to heal but aren’t missinf the full amount of health? no thought about whether it’s worth it or not just hold it down for however long as you need and it feels like a direct rip from dva where the (sort of in her case) single use survival tank ability got turned into a relatively unpunishable metre move. overall it just feels lazy and like they wanted to make the character easier (which is what it feels like alot of the changes are)

I also think that his ult doing double damage to tanks should be looked at (they move away from it at half the speed so he does twice the damage)
