despite being owned by a state with which the UK has many interests economically will it be one of the cases that might go unpunished?
Demote them to the Saudi league.
Can corrupt six fans stop talking about a game they don’t understand haha
I still find it ridiculous that within a year they haven’t found one significant piece of evidence that warrants a transfer band whilst the investigation is ongoing. Stripping them of titles tbh does fuck all, the glory days were lived, fans got to experience those moments and won’t look back and go ahh it didn’t mean anything now. As a gooner I’m not gonna look back and go “see we technically won the league last year”.
As someone else said a demotion to the championship does fuck all, even if you put them all the way down they’ll bounce back up just like Rangers did. Give them a point deduction this year and transfer bans so they can only use academy players etc, and ensure that this never happens again so they can’t buy their way out of the mess they made.
Well, yknow, you’d hope so.
No chance in hell that the team that’s dominated the PL get punished by the PL to the tune of demotion or titles stripped.
It would make a mockery of the competition… all roads lead to super league if that happens.
Yes 👏🏻
A title won in court means little to nothing to most fans lol, I’d love the points deduction
Probably not. They’re owned by one of the richest countries on earth, so can afford the best lawyers that money can buy.
