One thing I hate is when a video game makes you jump through hoops to get a weapon that sucks
Winter Blade in Witcher 3 was so not worth getting it for completing quest, you get much better sword by looting or buying from the blacksmith
Almost every quest weapon in Skyrim just takes up room in my inventory until it ends up hung on my wall for eternity.
Chernobog in Gta 5
Can shoot 20 rockets in a row but gets defeated by water canon
The knife in any game that is not Ghosts n goblins
Got the kjnife in Castlevania. worst decision ever
Idk but a weapon that is 1000% worth it is the kolibri in BF1
Biggoron’s sword
The golden revolver in Gtav online it’s a bitch to get you have to hunt for it
Apocalypse FF7
Not a weapon but gold glider in MK7 is the dumbest thing I’ve ever grinded. 20000 coins required which translates to about 7 days of game time on a handheld Mario Kart. 10 coin a race max makes it so no amount of skill can speed up the process.
It took me a while to get persona 5 royal just to be disappointed with the worst written and ridiculous entry in the series by far.
AC odyssey
Poseidon’s Trident
It does let you stay underwater infinitely, but I only kept it in my second slot for that effect. I never used it in combat.
The breathe effect isn’t really a game changer.
Everything you want to collect or do underwater, is doable with base game mechanics. And you don’t spend that much time down there.
Any gold weapon in Overwatch 2😊
“hand of sulfurous” easy…
Husk of the Pit from destiny 1. Literally spent 7 hours grinding the same mission for it but it’s trash and just has insanely high RPM. It looks awesome tho
The Master Sword in BoTW and ToTK. It’s supposed to be the Ultimate weapon in the game and it’s garbage.
