Sorry if this is against any rules, I’ll happily remove if it is. I’m just mad and want to warn any other fans so that they don’t have to deal with any of the shady tactics this company used.

I purchased a - Riddell Detroit Lions 2023 Alternate Speed Authentic Helmet - for $170 from FANSEDGE. I paid 27 September and it “shipped” 5 October. Shipping status still today, “label printed”. They took my money and “shipped” the item so I feel that’s an agreed upon purchase

They are now saying it was lost in shipping and all they can do is refund me. They can’t send another helmet as it’s “out of stock” yet somehow the same item is now listed as in stock but at $390.
