Lenovo remote management question

I’ve got a Lenovo P520 acting as a server. It’s got intel AMT which if I understand right is an out of band remote management service like iDrac or iLO or something. However this system only has a single ethernet port and I’m not sure how to access the remote management. I am NO expert on matters of remote management but it seems like it should have a second ethernet port just for that. I wonder if anyone could shed some light?
