Roadhog Minimum breather used decreased from 85 to 50 health
Wrecking ball Maybe a rework where he has different abilities depending if he’s in ball form or not like a ramattra type scenario for example
In quadruped form you can shoot use adaptive shield(have 1 or 2 new abilities in place of pile driver and hook) and switch to ball form In ball form you can use the hook pile driver and get a new ability in place of adaptive shield or no ability there and switch to quadruped form i hope that made sense
DAMAGE
Bastion Increase recon form damage from 25 to 30

Sojourn Railgun gets charged by 1 for hitting shields(including ones on player health), by 3 for hitting health or armor, and by 5 for every critical(even if it’s shield player health) Railgun damage increased to 185 full charge Remove critical multiplier from railgun Disruptor shot charges railgun by 2 for every 25 damage
Symmetra Sentry turrets no longer slow down enemies Sentry turret damage increased from 25 to 28 per second(to compensate for removing slow)
Widowmaker Venom mine gives anti Give widow kiri’s old passive to increase crit multiplier to 2.5x(its already on her ads might as well do it on the unscoped too)

Brig Increase whip shot cooldown from 4 to 5 seconds Decrease whip shot damage from 80 to 75
Illari When captive sun is used solar rifle is at max charge for the duration of captive sun (Basically instead of waiting for the meter to fill to do the most damage it always does and her right click can’t get emptied only for the 4 seconds captive sun is available)
Kiriko Suzu splash radius decreased to 3 meters Decrease amount of kunai from 15 to 10(to fit in with the number of ofuda)
Mercy Caduceus blaster damage decreased from 25 to 20
Moira Decrease biotic grasp range from 20 to 15 meters Increase biotic grasp meter charge when damaging (Maybe make it to where she can use both hands at once too)
Zenyatta Orb of discord damage received increased from 25% to 30% for the first quarter of hp, for the second quarter 20%, third is 10%, and the last quarter is 5% Orb of discord duration out of LOS increased from 1.5 to 3 seconds Orb of harmony healing increased to 50 hp per second for the last quarter of hp, for the third quarter 40 per second, second is 30, and the first quarter is 20 hp per second Orb of harmony duration out of LOS decreased from 5 to 3 seconds Decrease health from 225 to 200 Orb of harmony heals zen 5% of healing done and orb of discord heals zen 5% of damage done
