This off-season you change the OC and do something to fix the Oline which I don’t know WTF happened to the line because it was supposed to be better this year not worse.

Then you give Kenny a year with a new OC and hopefully a better line. If you don’t see clear progression then it’s a wrap.

You can draft a new QB but if he is the next Mahomes then it doesn’t matter that much if you let him get destroyed like Andrew Luck.

He’s playing like ass but that playcalling today was so predictable and conservative. Nothing goes over the middle of the field. Najee handoffs up the middle are so obvious.
