Josh McDaniels might just be a good coordinator who's not meant to be a head coach

This is the second time McDaniels has struggled as soon as he stepped away from his coordinator job in New England. And things aren't getting any better in Las Vegas.

My first inkling that this guy isn’t a head coach was his previous failing as a head coach.

    It’s his personality. All he wants is football robots to run his plays much like playing a game in Madden. Nothing else matters.

    This is why I get so angry that OC and DCs arent eligible for the HoF with the argument being if they were HoF candidates they’d be great coaches. You mean to tell me Dick Lebeau and Monte Kiffin shouldn’t be in there. Pretty much most of the coordinates in that article should be in the hall done day. The article is 100% right. Some people are just great at the X’s and O’s than leading a team. That shouldn’t take away from their accomplishments.
