yeah. they have a track team of an offense and the defense held them to 20, and the game came down to the last 20s. considering we were 13.5 point underdogs and how good miami has been this was a good showing. figure out some stuff on offense and we’re chilling

this team controls its own destiny. we’re still in it. We have a difficult remaining schedule but nearly every other team thats still in the hunt with the exception of maybe the jags and texans have a downright brutal remaining schedule. we just have to win as many games as we can

Just need a new a OC, QB and a few O-Line depth and starting pieces. DT is a need but lately the defense has been great so I’m not as worried on that part.

Nothing against him, but I don’t think he’s the answer at coach. Maybe if the team were a consistent winner we could take a flyer on him, but for a team that has had only a couple good years in the past 2+ decades, I think Davis needs to finally hire a coach with a proven track record, and build a staff around him that can win.

Look around the league at the teams that are consistent winners and you’ll see that they don’t promote a linebacker coach with 1 season of NFL coaching experience to head coach. While that DOES seem exactly like the sort of thing the Raiders would do, it isn’t a wise move. You don’t want someone with no experience learning on the job, especially not when your team has been the league doormat for as long as the Raiders have been.

I think the Raiders either need to go the experience route like the Chiefs, Broncos, etc. and bring in Jim Harbaugh, or another coach with a lot of experience and a history of success, or go the young mastermind route, like the Rams, Dolphins, 49ers, Eagles, Lions, etc., and make a play for Ben Johnson, or someone similar.

They should not do the “let’s give this random guy a shot” method, and they definitely shouldn’t do the “he was on Belichick’s staff” method.

He’s learning too. I feel like people expected AP to transform to prime bill bellichik or something. Same for OC Bo Bo. When these guys talk to each other theres nobody to look at for guidance on how to do it because they’re the top of the top on the staff. I think they’ve done awesome at learning as they go and all i want is to be competitive in every game. THeyve been showing out in that case. KC cant come in next week taking us easy.

Learn more from your losses than your wins AP, BoBo, and Aidan. TO THE MOON!
