I think Ekko is an amazing champion and it was my favorite when it was released even after years later with ahis amazing theme, his skills that keeps him very safe and with his very good mobility. And if you look at his skills you would say he should be more broken than a lot of other high mobility champions because of his gap close E and his disengage/reengage(depends how you use it) R. But somehow Ekko hasn’t been meta for many many years.

Considering how broken high mobility champions are and even in mid it’s mostly wave clearing is meta and Ekko‘s Q is very good for it, what prevents him to be meta? Is it because his W is easy to dodge or his Q is unreliable for engage? Or does he simply lack damage and needs buffs?
