Currently I qualify for the Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462), my girlfriend also qualifies for the Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417). Both of these visas are extendable up to 3 years in total as long as you do physical work 3 months a year.

We are both 23, I will qualify for the Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189) the day I turn 25. Plan is to go to Australia right now on separate work/holiday visas and extend it until I turn 25. Then I can get skilled independent visa and after I get skilled independent visa we can marry in Australia and she can also stay with me indefinitely, get citizenship after some years…

Any points that I’m missing here or is it as easy as it sounds?
