When I went on Lenovo’s website, it showed a note saying I was located in Israel despite being in Germany, and whether I wanted to change to the Israeli website or stay on the German website

I’m a little confused by this. I don’t have any VPN nor did I change something on my laptop or browser settings nor did I have any updates. I was on Lenovo’s website just earlier today, and there was no note like this.

Why would it show that I am in Israel, an entirely different country, thousands of kilometres away?
