Deleted a game but almost every single file is still there, just a few deleted. Is there a way I can get the game back but not have to reinstall the entire game again, since it's still mostly there?

For context, this is the F1 22 Game, installed via the EA app. I deleted the app but there is still 48 GB of files there. Do I have to redownload the whole thing again? My internet speeds are dreadful so…

sorry if this sounds stupid, it kinda does to me but doesn’t hurt to ask, right??

Edit, checked the EA app and it said the game is normally 48.62GB of data. Checked the folder on my pc and it says 48.6GB, but it may be rounding. To me it just sounds like EA deleted the apk to open it (or whatever it’s called, the thing that runs the game) and called it a day. Makes me feel like I should be able to open it
