It’s getting late in the season now and we’re starting to see what this team is and what it isn’t.
Eberflus: I feel like this one’s has been answered. There has obviously been concerns around Eberflus the whole season, but after today I’m really not sure how you bring him back next year.
O-Line: This is probably the best I’ve felt about the line in a while. Outside of Center, I’ve been really happy with how the group has performed and i’m excited to see them moving forward.
Eddie Jackson: It’s sad to see, but I think it’s time to move on. He’s a great veteran presence but he has 100% lost a few steps.
What other questions do you think have been answered so far this year?
The old Eddie Jackson would have picked off Goff on the second to last TD. He’s still good though. We’ll see.
I like what I’ve seen from the oline, but injuries are always scary so I wouldn’t be opposed to a trade back from the Panthers puck getting us another first next year and drafting a center and the top guard or tackle just to continue supporting that oline crew. I don’t want a few injuries ending our entire season next year. Let’s just load up the oline room for the next couple years.
