Totally understand an anti-Mattison post. He doesn’t seem like the RB1 of a real contender. But this idea that a single player or play “lost us the game” is…interesting. Mattison rushed for 81 and fumbled in the 3rd quarter with his team up by 8. Key play no doubt, but lost us the game? The QB had two botched snap fumbles that he recovered, a fumble he lost and an INT inside his own 20 and I can’t find his name anywhere in here. The defense virtually shut them down for 3 quarters but not when they needed it most, but I don’t see anyone talking about that. But the one fumble with 2 minutes left of the 3rd? That’s what lost is the game!
