I understand Rodgers is out. I understand that we have a decimated offensive line. I understand ZW is athletic, but ultimately not the guy. I understand that we went all in on Plan A without a Plan B. I get it.

What I don’t get is that Rodgers being out seems to be the carte blanche crutch for the organization’s ineptitude. If you remove Rodgers from this organization, heads would be rolling if this is where they were right now. The Bills just did it with Dorsey, so it’s not unheard of to make these drastic changes in the second half the season. I’m tired of the “Well they get a pass because Rodgers is out.”

Zero production and improvement is ok because Rodgers plays next year? I think they really need to look at staffing and get possibly ahead of this to keep things moving after Rodgers.

Or maybe I’m just overreacting.
