I currently play with 1-2 friends in Quick Play. The last week or so has been a nightmare. Genjis just sitting there shooting at nothing, our DPS having single digit kills to their 20+, and overall flow of the team feeling completely off.

Would Competitive in the low tiers be any better than Quick Play?
