Feels bad that if someone with nasty pocket pick get it banned against them every game they’d never get to play the champion and be eligible for the worlds skin. I get the rules, but it sucks to have players who excel or are famous for a certain champ just to have them get shafted by either meta shifts or bans.

Imagine if Madlife had won worlds during ardent meta and had to choose Janna or Lulu instead of Thresh or Blitz. Or if Huhi won (somehow) but was banned as being nearly the only player to rep old A’Sol, teams would just ban it rather than learn to counter it. Does the community really gain that much from having player skins limited to the champs played at worlds? If the meta changes dramatically, iconic. champions for certain players could just get left behind.
