Title basically, i didn’t know that getting silenced was preventing us to use lotus pool. is it a bug or it is just working as supposed to?

You CAN use the 2nd and 3rd hero voicelines even tho you don’t have dota+ and the voice lines have the locket on them
Its not just global…literally any silence in the game wont let u take lotuses when silenced.
