    Definitely recommend seeing a PT for an updated “pre-hab” routine and make sure you get back to it in a sound fashion, and also I echo the C25k program. Unfortunately nobody here can give you too much more guidance for specific issues but a solid PT and even strength training routine is a good default. Fun that your kid is into running!
